What is this event? Paint From Your Soul™ is a heart-led experience created especially for introverts and empaths who crave something deeper in their creative practice. While it was lovingly designed by an art therapist, it’s not about therapy—it’s about using art as a soulful, self-reflective tool.
What is the Paint From Your Soul framework? The 7 steps in the Paint From Your Soul™ framework gently guide you through building layers of paint while tuning into your intuition. Each layer adds meaning and depth, helping your artwork become a true reflection of the journey you experience as you create it—raw, real, and uniquely yours.
When is it? 2 days, Saturday, October 25th and Sunday, October 26th. Gather, Create, Reflect - 10:00PM - 3:00PM each day

What materials do we need? All supplies provided for in-person experience!
Who is this event for? This journey is for any Creative Spirit feeling stuck or craving deeper meaning in their art. No experience needed—just an open heart and a willingness to explore. We’ll gently guide you through a soulful process that brings purpose and presence to every brushstroke.
Will we be critiquing the art? We don’t believe in critiquing artwork—this is a space for expression, not judgment. Instead, we’ll share and reflect in small groups, offering encouragement, inspiration, and gentle feedback as each person moves through their own creative process.
Can I use something other than acrylics? For this process, we’ll be working specifically with acrylic paints. While all mediums have their magic, acrylics dry quickly and allow us to build rich, meaningful layers—perfect for the journey we're taking together.
Do you teach techniques? Yes! We’ll guide you through approachable drawing and painting techniques that help you create something you're truly proud of. Along the way, you'll also learn to listen to the image as it unfolds—trusting your intuition and allowing what wants to be expressed to gently emerge.
