At At Dawn Intuitional Art, my intention is clear; to guide women on a journey of self-discovery and creative empowerment. Through experiences that spark joy, inspire curiosity, and nurture trust in the process, I aim to awaken a sense of childlike wonder. Each stroke of art invites confidence in choices, pride in personal growth, and the embrace of both where you've been and where you're heading. Together, we celebrate the transformative power of creativity and new beginnings.

Meet Heather : A Creative Guide
Childhood Passion : Teacher to her class of stuffed animals and loved being creative and drawing.
Life Journey : Took art classes here and there, but for the most part a self-taught artist, balanced motherhood, and worked in corporate world as an analyst.
Fresh Start : Moved to Washington for new adventures. Faced challenges like the pandemic and breast cancer.
Artistic Awakening : Embarked on a transformative journey through Wild Women and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, discovering a deep passion for teaching art and weaving mindfulness into the creative process. Became a certified Paint From Your Soul™ facilitator and earned a Mindfulness Certification, embracing the power of art as a tool for healing and self-expression.
